Information We Collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. We collect:

• Usage data (collected automatically). When you visit, our analytics tools record information such as the pages you view, the approximate region you visit from, your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
• Information you give us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond to you.

We do not require you to create an account to read the Site, and we do not run a newsletter or ask for personal details to access content.

Cookies and Tracking

• Supabase for database and content hosting.
• Cloudflare for content delivery and security.

• understand which content is useful to readers;

We do not sell your personal information.

Your Privacy Rights

We do not maintain a database of personal information about our readers. There are no user accounts, no newsletter, and no profiles. The information that can identify you, such as analytics and advertising cookies, is collected and controlled by Google under its own policies. Depending on where you live, you may also have formal rights over your personal data:

• EEA and UK (GDPR): the right to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know what personal information is held about you, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to our providers’ standard settings. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for college students and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

International Visitors

The Site is operated for a United States audience, and information may be processed on servers located in the United States or other countries. By using the Site, you understand your information may be transferred and processed in these locations.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
